For children ages 8 and younger, we also accepts the following Medicaid plans:

A referral from the child’s current dentist or pediatrician is required for patients using one of the Medicaid plans listed above. Our referral forms are available below.

There is no age restriction for children with special healthcare needs or children who may require sedation.
